  • Work closely with the General Manager
  • Ensure your customers and your staff are looked after extremely well within the busy, fast-paced and high-volume establishment
  • Alongside the General Manager, train and develop your team
  • Opening and closing
  • Stock control
  • Planning rotas
  • Ensuring the restaurant and staff adhere to company policies and H&S / F&H regulations

Assistant Manager requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager within a high-volume food and beverage restaurant
