Job Title: SENDCO Job Type: Permanent School Type: SEND Location: Coventry, West Midlands Pay: £40,000 – £55,000 Working Hours: Full-time, term time Job Description As SENDCO, you’ll lead and manage the SEND provision, ensuring it meets statutory requirements and drives student success. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and overseeing the school’s SEND policies and strategic direction. * Training staff on effective SEND interventions and inclusive practices. * Managing assessments, EHCPs, and resource allocation. * Engaging and collaborating with parents, carers, and external professionals. * Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of provision and making improvements. This role offers the opportunity to shape inclusive education and make a measurable impact across the school community.
