We are excited to invite an enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to become a key part of our team. Milestone Education is thrilled to be partnered with a fantastic Special School located in Bromsgrove. Contract: Mon – Fri, 8:30AM – 3:30PM – Term Time Only Salary: Final salary based on experience Responsibilities: * Actively engage in supporting students’ daily learning and developmental activities. * Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, offering guidance and assistance with classwork assignments. * Participate in the continuous assessment, recording, and reporting of students’ progress. * Ensure that all students experience a high standard of physical and emotional care. * Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. * Collaborate with the class teacher to facilitate lessons both within and outside the classroom environment. Requirements: * Essential Qualifications: Must possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and a relevant teaching or education qualification. * Previous experience working with PMLD, SLD, and MLD is preferred, though not required. * An Enhanced DBS check is required to demonstrate suitability for working with children and young people. * Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents. * Looking for candidates who are eager to engage in continuous professional development.
