A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Geography Teacher to step into a subject lead role at a forward-thinking secondary school in the Kingshurst area. As the lead for the Geography department, you’ll combine excellent classroom teaching with departmental leadership, driving curriculum development and mentoring colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Lead curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and the ongoing development of the department
  • Support colleagues through coaching and modelling best practice
  • Monitor and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes across the subject

Required Experience
