About the Role Your new role as Receptionist will involve all reception duties ensuring that every visitor receives a warm and welcoming experience, creating a positive first impression. You will be responsible for answering and redirecting phone calls, handling emails and letters, and ensuring all communications are directed to the appropriate departments or individuals. Other k ey responsibilities Overseeing the stationery account for the office, placing orders, receiving deliveries, and monitoring stock levels. Providing photocopying and administrative support to different departments as required. Handling petty cash and postage funds for the office. Skills and experience required
