Now, we are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Valuer in our Deal office. The salary package on offer is £40,000 OTE.
Let's talk about the Sales Valuer role. It involves:
- Conducting property inspections and assessments to determine market value
- Analysing property data, sales trends, and market conditions to inform valuations
- Preparing detailed valuation reports for clients
- Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
- Utilising IT tools and software for data analysis and reporting
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the valuation process
