Now, we are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Land and New Homes Sales Consultant in our Herne Bay office. The salary package on offer is £21,000 - £24,000 + commission. This is a 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represents our business to a high standard when with clients in the office or out on viewings.
- Liaising with offices and developers to organise site visits and viewings.
- Effective at registering clients, booking viewings, attending open days and collecting constructive feedback to relay to our developers.
- Has the ability and confidence to call out to applicants registered on our database to secure viewings for our new home sites.
- To learn and understand the marketing and processes we follow as support may be needed in other areas of the department occasionally.
- Consistently achieves targets expected.
