Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager in our Ramsgate office. The salary package on offer is £26,000 - £28,000.
Property Relationship Manager role
You will ensure that the properties under your team's care meet all legal and contractual obligations whilst providing excellent customer service alongside the day-to-day line management of your team. You will lead by example and motivate your team to meet and exceed the KPIs, targets and tasks assigned.
Responsibilities
- Managing the tenancies for all properties that are in your portfolio.
- Taking ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
- Providing support to a busy, fast-paced team.

- Excellent communication skills, as you will be speaking with both landlords and tenants.
