Miles & Barr Limited is seeking a Land & New Homes Site Leader for a site in Herne Bay.
The role is part-time (24 hours per week, Monday to Thursday) and involves leading the sales on site and coordinating with the client and our central Land & New Homes Team.
You will oversee all aspects of on-site sales, motivate the team, register clients, and organise campaigns for open days.
