This role can be based in either our Folkestone, Thanet or Herne Bay offices. The salary package on offer is £26,000 - £28,000.
You will ensure that the properties under your care meet all legal and contractual obligations whilst providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Managing the tenancies for all properties that are in your portfolio.
- Taking ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
- Providing support to a busy, fast paced team.
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be speaking with both landlords and tenants.
- Superb written and verbal skills.
- Resilience when working in a fast paced & demanding environment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks & responsibilities.
