We are looking for a Land & New Homes Coordinator to join our specialist centralised department located at our Head Quarters in Herne Bay. As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations in the department. You will need to be client-focused, a team player and IT literate, to give a smooth experience for our clients and deliver an award-winning service.

Our Land and New Homes Team are continuing to work towards our business growth goals. The client experience must continue to be of paramount importance to our business, and to ensure we can deliver an exceptional and efficient service to our clients, developers and office teams.

The package on offer is £26,000 - £30,000. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm.

Let’s talk about the Land and New Homes Coordinator role. It involves:

  • Representing our business to a high standard when with clients.
  • Liaising with offices and developers to organise various calls and meetings.
  • Assisting with the offer process to successful reservation.
  • Registering clients effectively, booking viewings and collecting constructive feedback to relay to our developers.
  • Assisting with various marketing aspects and general administration duties.
  • Assisting with site launches upon instruction of a new development.
  • Assisting with monthly reporting to our clients.
  • Have a good understanding of how targets are achieved.
  • Identifying referral opportunities.
  • Attending and assisting with the preparation and organisation of open days and events.
