Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship manager in our Herne Bay office. The salary package on offer is £26,000 - £28,000.
You will ensure that the properties under your care meet all legal and contractual obligations whilst providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Managing the tenancies for all properties that are in your portfolio
- Taking ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved
- Providing support to a busy, fast paced team
Qualifications & skills
- Excellent communication skills, speaking with both landlords and tenants
- Superb written and verbal skills
- Resilience when working in a fast paced & demanding environment
- Ability to prioritise tasks & responsibilities
- Self‑motivated and results driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Maths and English Grade C or above
