Our Land and New Homes Team continues to work towards our business growth goals, and in recent months we have successfully acquired several new developments, which is an exciting step forward for the business. As we grow, delivering an exceptional client experience remains of paramount importance. To ensure we continue to provide an efficient, high-quality service to our clients, developers, and office teams, we are looking to expand the Land and New Homes Team.
Now, we’re happy to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Land and New Homes Site Leader for a site we are representing in Herne Bay. The salary package on offer is £26840 OTE. This role is part time, Monday to Thursday, 24 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Working closely with the client (the developer), our onsite Sales Representative and our centralised Land & New Homes Team.
- Overseeing and leading all aspects involved in achieving successful sales on site.
- Confident in lone working and demonstrate excellent communication skills, along with the ability to motivate others.
- Representing our business to a high standard when with the clients, other professionals, the public and prospective purchasers.
- Liaising with our local branches and the developer client to organise various types of meetings with multiple persons.
- Effectively registering clients, booking viewings, organising marketing campaigns for open days and collecting constructive feedback to relay to our developers.
- Calling out to applicants registered on our database to secure viewings for the development.
- Consistently achieving targets expected.
- Some flexibility may be required to cover occasional leave and absence.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within the property industry is preferred.
- Superb time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - proactive and able to use your initiative.
- IT literate in using Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Organised, methodical and efficient.
- A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships and work closely with all types of people and businesses, from sales to co-ordination, developers to clients and more!
