Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as aSales Valuer. The salary package on offer is up to 40k OTE.

Let’s talk about the Sales Valuer role. It involves:

• Conducting property inspections and assessments to determine market value
• Analysingproperty data, sales trends, and market conditions to inform valuations
• Preparingdetailed valuation reports for clients
• Communicatingeffectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
• UtilisingIT tools and software for data analysis and reporting
• Providingexcellent customer service throughout the valuation process
• Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends
• Collaboratingwith colleagues to ensure seamless transactions
• Have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.

• At least 2 years experience in sales, preferably within the estate industry
• Drive to deliver accurate and timely valuations
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to analyse property market trends and conditions
• Strong organisational skills to manage property valuations efficiently
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
