An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator based in Herne Bay. The salary package on offer is £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience. This is a full-time office-based role: 8:30-5pm, Monday to Friday.

The role:
- Support the business by keeping up to date with regulatory and compliance standards and aligning company processes and policies accordingly.
- Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner in line with the business standards.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once.
- Investigating and making informed decisions in line with our policies.
- Meeting deadlines and SLAs appropriate to your role.
