We’re happy to offer an exciting opportunity for a Property Relationship Manager in our Herne Bay office. Salary is £26,000 - £28,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the tenancies for all properties in your portfolio.
- Take ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties.
- Provide support to a busy, fast‑paced team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills; speaking with landlords and tenants.
- Superb written and verbal skills.
- Great customer service.
- Resilience when working in a fast‑paced & demanding environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks & responsibilities.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Maths and English Grade C or above.
