Overview
It involves:
- Representing our business to a high standard when with clients.
- Liaising with offices and developers to organise calls and meetings.
- Assisting with the offer process to successful reservation.
- Registering clients effectively, booking viewings and collecting constructive feedback to relay to our developers.
- Assisting with various marketing aspects and general administration duties.
- Assisting with site launches upon instruction of a new development.
- Assisting with monthly reporting to our clients.
- Have a good understanding of how targets are achieved.

- Attending and assisting with the preparation and organisation of open days and events.
As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations in the department. You will need to be client-focused, a team player and IT literate, to give a smooth experience for our clients and deliver an award-winning service. IT literate in using Outlook, Excel and Word.
Organised, methodical and efficient with the ability to multitask. A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships and work closely with all types of people and businesses. Superb with time management, problem-solving skills, proactive and able to use your initiative. Self-motivated and driven to achieve the targets that are set. Excellent communicators. Willing to learn and embrace new challenges.
