Our client is a global clearing house based in the City of London. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of People and the CEO. This is a dynamic blend of executive support, office management and project coordination, ensuring the seamless functioning of daily operations while assisting the executive management.
You will be responsible for managing diaries, scheduling meetings, coordinating business trips, and overseeing key projects. You will also handle HR administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A degree from a leading university
2-5 years of work experience in a professional environment
Proven track record supporting executives with the ability to manage complex diaries, coordinate international travel, and prepare high-quality reports and presentations
Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively with strong attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of professionalism, integrity and energy
