Our client is a global consultancy offering financial risk management and treasury solution services to large corporate clients. The company has between 70-90 employees in offices in Asia, Europe and North America.

This position is on-site 5 days a week in the London offices

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Content & Communications Lead will be responsible for enhancing the clarity and quality of internal and external communications. This role will involve refining reports, developing standardised templates, and translating complex financial insights into structured, compelling messaging. Additionally, the role will support marketing and business development efforts by ensuring alignment with the company’s newly defined tone of voice.

Responsibilities

  • Work with consulting teams to refine reports and presentations, ensuring clarity, impact, and structured storytelling.
  • Ensure complex insights are distilled into accessible, audience-specific narratives.
  • Develop and maintain best practice templates for project reports.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to improve written communication skills across teams.
  • Coach consultants on structuring client narratives, focusing on key takeaways and impact.
  • Embed long-term improvements in how teams approach written materials.
  • Assist in creating and refining marketing collateral, including decks, campaign emails, and LinkedIn content.
  • Support external communications to ensure clarity, structure, and consistency.
  • Act as a guardian of the company\’s new tone of voice, embedding it across all communications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience (4- 10 years) in business writing, content development, or communications, ideally in professional services.
  • Ability to convert technical financial concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Solid editorial skills—able to challenge and refine content effectively.
  • Comfortable running training sessions and coaching teams.
  • Some financial experience is required to understand the industry context.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive—able to drive long-term improvements.
