They are currently looking for new Mortgage and Protection Advisers to support with the growth and development of the business and are passionate about offering opportunities to those new to the financial services industry and supporting them on their long-term career journey. Therefore, for this role, no previous experience is required.

The role arises at a key time for the firm’s growth plans and you will benefit from immediate access to an existing client bank. Looking after clients across the greater Manchester area, this is a rare opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to advance from a Trainee Mortgage Adviser to an accomplished and highly regarded industry expert.
We recognise the need for new employees to collaborate and build their knowledge by gaining exposure to a wide range of customers, colleagues and situations, and as such, this role can offer you the opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of new joiners, exploring the world of Mortgage Advice together for the first time. You will benefit from training alongside each other and having time in the office together but you will have access to some home-working opportunities and as your experience and confidence builds, you’ll be rewarded with increasing flexibility.
The benefits
- Salary – £25,000 – £35,000 basic salary depending upon experience
- Uncapped commission, at an extremely generous rate

Your responsibilities
- You will be providing quality advice on all Mortgage and Protection needs, to a range of active clients across the Greater Manchester area
- Responsible for managing client enquiries and the mortgage advice process end-to-end
- Booking appointments, carrying out a fact find with each customer to understand their requirements and assessing the best available product for their specific needs and preferences
- Researching mortgage products and making a suitable recommendation to the customer, whilst building outstanding client rapport to generate future business
- Providing advice on relevant Protection products to meet customer needs
- Undertaking ongoing industry specific training and development
- You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value quality service
- Deliver outstanding levels of personal and professional integrity, updating knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products
- Provide sound advice on Mortgage and Protection needs, to ensure clients meet their financial goals
