MILE is the new members-only shopping destination redefining luxury commerce. We offer access to a curated, seasonless catalogue of the most sought-after products from globally renowned fashion houses, all at unmatched prices. Built at the intersection of technology and fashion, MILE delivers a seamless, elevated experience for both consumers and brands. Our mission is to become the leading digital destination for luxury, where exclusivity, value, and exceptional design converge.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the experience our members have every time they open the MILE app, land on our homepage or join for the first time. This is a consumer-facing, user-centric role with a strong technical lean. You'll own the roadmap for our iOS and Android apps, homepage and onboarding, taking every initiative from the member problem through to release and measurement.

You’ll work hand in hand with design, engineering, marketing and our CRM team to decide what we build and why, and you’ll be as comfortable talking through APIs, data and integrations with engineers as you are walking through a flow with design. You'll be the person who knows exactly how a feature should behave before a line of code is written, and who has the confidence to say so when something isn't right. If you love thinking through every state, edge case and knock-on effect in a product that has to feel as polished as the brands it sells, this is the role for you.

Location:

Based at our Doncaster office. In the office three days per week as standard. During launches and busier periods you may be required in the office up to five days per week, at your manager's discretion.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product roadmap for the MILE app (iOS and Android), homepage and onboarding, from problem definition through to release and measurement
  • Own the membership journey from first visit to paying member, making joining MILE feel simple, premium and worth it
  • Shape personalisation and discovery across the app, helping members find the products they want faster
  • Work closely with engineering on technical scoping, weighing up build versus buy, third-party services and the trade-offs behind each approach
  • Write end-to-end specs for every initiative before build, covering the happy path, failure states, edge cases, data and API requirements, and the impact on the wider member journey
  • Define success metrics and the event tracking each feature needs, then use the data yourself to measure impact
  • Write tickets engineering can build from with confidence, and stay close to the work through build, QA and app store release
  • Spot opportunities in member behaviour, research and feedback, and bring them forward as well-scoped initiatives of your own
  • Partner with our CRM team on product strategy, so that onboarding, lifecycle and retention decisions are made together
  • Be the voice of the consumer roadmap in stand-up, sharing what's coming, what's shipped and what's moved, and keeping members and internal teams informed
  • Prioritise with discipline, handing work over when it no longer needs product ownership so your focus stays on what matters most to members

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing apps and web, with a strong technical leaning
  • A track record of shipping consumer features end to end, with measurable results you can talk us through
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or subscription and membership products
  • Technically fluent, with a solid understanding of how APIs, data models and third-party integrations fit together, and confident in scoping and architecture conversations with engineers
  • An understanding of how mobile apps are built and released, ideally with exposure to React Native
  • A systems thinker who works through every state, edge case and dependency before build, and whose specs engineering trusts
  • Hands-on with data, confident writing SQL and using product analytics tools such as PostHog, BigQuery or Metabase
  • Experience with the tools behind a modern consumer product, such as Algolia for search and recommendations, and Klaviyo or OneSignal for messaging
  • Genuinely user-centric, using research, data and member feedback to decide what to build, and caring about how an experience feels as much as whether it works
  • Direct and confident, comfortable challenging ideas when the product thinking isn't right, and clear when something is late or not yet good enough
  • A self-starter who spots opportunities and starts initiatives without waiting to be asked
  • A clear communicator who can present the roadmap, update stakeholders and explain technical trade-offs to commercial and technical teams alike
  • Experienced working closely with designers and engineers in an agile team, comfortable in Figma and writing clear tickets and acceptance criteria

Bonus Points

  • An engineering background or hands-on coding experience
  • Experience with Shopify, Stripe or similar commerce platforms
  • Experience launching products across international markets
  • Experience mentoring designers or junior team members
  • A passion for fashion, luxury, streetwear or sneaker culture

Benefits

  • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the company
  • Ownership of the experience members see and use every day
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing organisation
