The E-commerce and Marketplace Executive supports the day-to-day execution and quality of the customer-facing app and marketplace experience. The role focuses on content accuracy, imagery, and digital presentation across direct and partner channels, supporting launches and campaigns while ensuring brands and products are consistently represented to a high standard across all e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
App & Digital Content Management
- Support the day-to-day running of the app by reviewing content, imagery, and presentation, resolving non-complex issues and escalating where required.
- Carry out regular homepage and collection checks to ensure brand descriptions, supporting content, and layouts are accurate and up to date.
- Provide suggestions for app and content improvements, including edits to homepage, collections, and discovery areas.
- Spot-check product imagery and flag assets that require design updates or improvements.
Product Content & Imagery
- Source, upload, and maintain imagery for brands, products, and campaigns.
- Gather, review, and verify PDP content to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Upload and manage product imagery and content across Marketplace and internal Buy platforms.
- Prepare and maintain Product Files for the design team, ensuring assets are correctly formatted and ready for use.
Marketplace Partner Support
- Support marketplace partner onboarding and day-to-day operations, ensuring product data, imagery, and PDP content meet platform standards ahead of launch.
- Review and maintain marketplace product data across partner feeds and internal systems, resolving inconsistencies and escalating issues where needed.
Launch & Trading Support
- Support the execution of e-commerce and marketplace launches, ensuring content, imagery, and merchandising are correctly set up at go-live.
- Carry out pre- and post-launch checks to ensure products are live, accurate, and presented to a high standard.
- Support basic performance reviews and trading analysis to help inform content, VM, and presentation improvements.
- Support Visual Merchandising execution by organising assets and preparing content for campaigns and launches.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a consistent and commercially aligned digital experience.
- Help maintain clear standards across ecommerce and marketplace content as the platform continues to scale.
