About MILE

MILE is the new members‑only shopping destination redefining luxury commerce. We offer access to a curated, seasonless catalogue of the most sought‑after products from globally renowned fashion houses, all at unmatched prices. Built at the intersection of technology and fashion, MILE delivers a seamless, elevated experience for both consumers and brands. Our mission is to become the leading digital destination for luxury, where exclusivity, value, and exceptional design converge.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is fast, accurate, and obsessive about craft, with a focus on asset production and image retouching. The imagery on MILE has to hold its own next to the world's biggest fashion houses, and that standard is set in production. Every retouched product shot, every perfectly cropped banner, every pixel‑clean social asset is part of what makes the experience feel luxury.

You’ll work across MILE and a range of other projects in the Hulcan portfolio, producing the visual assets and retouched imagery that power our campaigns, social channels, and on‑site experiences. If you take genuine pride in flawless execution, the kind of designer who can’t leave a 1px misalignment alone, you’ll fit right in.

Salary: £25,000

Location: Based at our Doncaster office, in the office three days per week as standard. During launches and busier periods you may be required in the office up to five days per week, at your manager’s discretion.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce design assets across social, email, on‑site, and partner‑facing channels, adapting quickly across formats and aspect ratios.
  • Retouch product and editorial imagery to a consistently high standard, including clean‑up, colour correction, and composite work.
  • Learn and use Figma to build and maintain templated systems that allow the team to scale asset production without losing quality.
  • Support brand and marketing launches with on‑brand creative across multiple touchpoints and brands in the portfolio.
  • Support incoming briefs alongside the wider design team, prioritise output, and maintain consistency across channels.
  • Work closely with merchandising and design teams to keep imagery and assets aligned across the site.
  • Build and polish presentation decks for brand, partner, and internal use, keeping them on‑brand and visually sharp.
  • Take feedback from brand, marketing, and partner teams, and iterate at pace without dropping accuracy.

Who You Are

  • 1‑2 years of graphic design experience, or a strong portfolio from study, freelance, or internships that demonstrates real production output as well as concept work.
  • Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, with demonstrable retouching ability.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new software and workflows, including Figma, and embrace new ways of working is essential.
  • Genuine understanding of social media formats and platform requirements, including Instagram (feed, stories, reels) and TikTok, across aspect ratios.
  • Strong typography, layout, and composition fundamentals.
  • Fast, accurate, and able to manage multiple concurrent briefs without dropping quality.
  • A precise, detail‑oriented communicator who can interpret a brief, ask the right questions, and turn around polished work.

Bonus Points

  • Confident in Figma, including components, variants, and templated systems.
  • Motion design or basic video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere).
  • Photography or studio production experience.
  • Email design experience.
  • Passion for fashion, luxury, or e‑commerce.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the company.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Career growth opportunities in a fast‑growing organisation.

Let’s build something people talk about. Together.
