As a Scheduler, you will effectively plan and schedule all project works and requirements from customer call off through to the release of asset value payments. Scheduling work in a productive manner using team location, availability, skill sets, costs and work requirements as a minimum to achieve this effectively.

Your responsibilities as a Scheduler:
- Client & Project Coordination: Manage client relationships and oversee installation requests from initiation through to completion and asset value release.
- Resource & Schedule Management: Allocate operational resources effectively and maintain the schedule of works to meet customer requirements, timelines, and productivity targets.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track productivity, efficiency, costs, and asset compliance while producing accurate reports and statistical data.
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Handle all correspondence and work closely with project managers and teams to ensure smooth delivery and avoid delays or issues.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Ensure accurate data capture in systems (e.g., simPRO), manage exceptions and approvals, and continuously identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Experience / Knowledge:
- IT literacy and ability to use computer packages to area of work.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Access Databases.
- CAD experience (desirable)
