As an NCO Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting your Team Leader and contributing to the successful delivery of planned works. You will work safely and efficiently to install gas and water services in line with WIRS and GIRS requirements, helping to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities as a NCO Assistant:

  • Report near misses when on and off site
  • Keep work areas tidy and clear of debris
  • Follow Team Leaders instructions and guidance
  • Work safely and follow risk assessments and method statements

Experience / Knowledge:

  • Previous experience assisting Main and service layers on Multi Utility or single utility works.

Qualifications:

  • NCO Assistant in Gas & Water
  • SHEA Gas, Water or Electric
