Our Operations team is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a talented NCO Assistant to join us.
As an NCO Assistant at Energetics, you will work alongside your Service Team Leader in a safe and efficient manner to complete scheduled works, which include the installation of gas and water services in accordance with WIRS and GIRS standards. You’ll be expected to follow all relevant rules and codes of practice, while taking accountability for the health and safety of yourself and others—both on and off site. This role involves travel across Ayrshire and Glasgow, with occasional overnight stays elsewhere in Scotland, so flexibility is essential.

Your responsibilities as an NCO Assistant:
- Report near misses when on and off site
- Keep work areas tidy and clear of debris
- Follow Team Leaders instructions and guidance
- Work safely and follow risk assessments and method statements.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Previous experience assisting service layers on Multi Utility or single utility works.
Qualifications:
- NCO 1 Gas & Water Assistant qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Shea Water & Gas, DOMS Hygiene
