As a CAD Administrator, you will play an important part in bringing assets into the company.
You will make sure asset records are accurate, registered correctly and stored in the appropriate systems to the required standards.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with at least three years of administration experience who is ready to develop their career.
The role will mainly involve CAD work alongside technical administration duties, making it an excellent opportunity to learn CAD and gain valuable practical experience.

Your responsibilities as a CAD Administrator
- Progress submissions and process information within agreed timescales, identifying missing data and resolving any gaps in line with service standards.
- Review and verify documentation and drawings supplied by utility network providers, enabling Completion Certificates to be issued as part of the asset adoption process.
- Create, update and manage clear and accurate multi utility as laid and as built asset record drawings in line with company standards and procedures.
- Support the management and maintenance of utility networks by organising asset records within the company document management system and relevant project folders.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service by meeting agreed service levels and providing accurate, timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Carry out other duties appropriate to the role as reasonably requested by your manager.
Experience / Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of administration experience
- Fully proficient user of all Microsoft Office packages Auto CAD proficient (desirable)
