The Mildmay Club is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead on the day-to-day bar operation in our historic and independent members club in Newington Green. Our bars sit at the centre of the Mildmay Clubs activity, supporting a busy programme of live music, community events, private hires and weddings.
This is a hands-on management role requiring strong cellar knowledge, commercial awareness and experience of stock control and EPOS systems. You will take responsibility for service standards, gross profit margins, staff training and licensing compliance, working closely with the Club Manager to ensure a professional and consistent operation that delivers excellent service and value for money for our members, their guests and many non-members who visit our Club every year.
The role is full time on-site (40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends). If you are an experienced bar manager ready to take ownership in a busy and growing club environment, we would like to hear from you.
