We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Senior Family Solicitor to join our dynamic team. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on the department and achieve your career goals. We are looking for someone who is talented, driven, and dedicated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of divorce/finance or children matters.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, where required.
  • Contribute to business development.
  • Stay up to date with changes in current law.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3 years PQE.
  • Proven experience in family law.
  • Strong technical knowledge in either divorce/finance or childcare.
  • Children panel membership preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to deal with sensitive matters under time constraints.

With offices in Workington and Whitehaven, we provide legal services throughout North & West Cumbria, prioritising the interests of both clients and employees.
