A leading global consulting firm is looking to appoint multiple Delivery Managers to join its growing Data & AI practice, focused on supporting Banking or Capital Markets clients through large-scale data transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery-focused Data specialist who combines banking knowledge with excellent stakeholder management and consulting experience. You will lead data and AI projects, helping clients unlock value from their data, modernise their platforms, and deliver business-critical outcomes using cutting-edge technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of data and AI transformation projects for Banking or Capital Markets clients
  • Working closely with clients to understand business challenges and shape tailored data and AI solutions
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships and managing stakeholder communications effectively
  • Driving successful project outcomes across both Agile and traditional delivery environments

About You

You will bring a background in data or AI within Financial Services, ideally with a focus on Banking or Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience delivering data or AI transformation projects within banking, either as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
  • Experience gathering requirements, shaping solutions and translating technical concepts into business outcomes
  • Understanding of modern data architecture, data governance, data quality and data strategy principles
  • Knowledge of AI and emerging data technologies, products and delivery approaches
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP, alongside technologies including Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Hadoop, SQL and Python
  • Experience working with delivery methodologies including Agile, SAFe and Waterfall
  • Strong proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Planview
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results
