A fast-growing, award-winning AI & Data consultancy is looking for a Senior Director to own and drive the firm's growth strategy — someone who wins major clients, shapes strategy, and knows how to scale a business.
What you'll do:
- Open doors and close deals — 7 and 8 figure contracts with global multinationals
- Lead solution-based conversations at C-level, drawing on deep Data & AI delivery experience to build credibility and trust
- Shape the growth strategy for the firm.
- Build and lead a high-performing team in a genuinely collaborative culture
- Represent the firm as a credible voice in data and AI — translating technical knowledge into business impact
You bring:
- A strong AI & data consulting background — you’ve overseen complex programmes and can speak with authority on solutions, not just sell them
- Experience delivering and selling GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
- A track record scaling a start-up data/AI consultancy.
- Client obsession and BD instinct — you love being out in the market
- The commercial mindset to negotiate and close large-scale, complex deals
- Leadership with emotional intelligence — people genuinely enjoy working for you
