A leading financial services organisation is seeking a visionary Head of Data Office to shape and drive its group-wide data strategy. You’ll lead a small, but talented team, define and deliver a new data management strategy, and ensure data is robust, secure, and powering better decisions across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role not an oversight role — perfect for someone who can blend strategic vision with technical execution, influence senior stakeholders, and champion a data-driven culture. From defining governance standards to implementing a new data management operating model, you’ll put data at the heart of transformation.
The ideal candidate must have deep experience in data lineage, data management, data quality and ideally be CDMP accredited. Financial services experience ideally within trading, or exchange/clearing houses would also be beneficial.
