We are looking for a reliable and talented chef to run our onsite workplace canteen with the opportunity to cater for up to 75 people per day.
You will be running a one-person kitchen preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for our staff.
You must have proven experience as a Chef, Kitchen Manager or Canteen Manager and hold a current Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Core Responsibilities
- Be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the company canteen, including food preparation, menu planning, inventory management and budgeting.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.
- Plan menus ensuring there is consistent food quality, taste and presentation with minimum waste.
- Order food supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
A driving license is essential due to the location of our site.
This is a customer facing position, dealing with employees, customers and suppliers so must have excellent communication skills.
