Company Description Milbank Architects is a RIBA Chartered Practice established in 2006 focused on delivering practical well-considered designs that stand the test of time. The practice works across multiple sectors including social and private housing, education, conservation, commercial, industrial and community. Milbank is committed to making the design and construction process as clear and stress-free as possible for our clients. Role Description This is a part or full-time remote role involving leading and supporting architectural design projects from concept through to technical delivery. Qualifications Strong skills in architecture and architectural design including concept development, technical design and detailing. Professional qualification or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D rendering software. Experience working within one or more of the practice sectors such as housing, education, conservation, industrial, commercial or community projects would be beneficial. Project management experience would be beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively and communicating clearly both verbally and in writing. Salary To be agreed based on experience. Hours Full-time and part-time applications considered. We are also open to freelance arrangements. Location We operate as a remote practice. Candidates based in North-East England would be desirable to support site visits and project delivery.
