This is a remote, self-employed role as a Sales Agent at Mil-tek UK Recycling & Waste Solutions. The Sales Agent will be responsible for:
- Identifying potential customers
- Promoting Mil-tek products and services
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Negotiating contracts
- Conducting customer training sessions on product use
- Ensuring consistent and professional customer service to meet clients’ waste management and sustainability needs
Digital sales aids are provided to ensure a highly professional approach and positive customer experience is standard. Full product and segment-based solution training is also provided.
This role is a self-employed, commission-only role, with high commission rates offered per each sale or rental of machinery across the Mil-tek portfolio of sustainable products.
Strong skills in Sales, including prospecting and consultative selling are required. Prior experience in waste management, sustainability, or recycling industries is not required. A driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for customer visits are necessary.
