The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team. This role is ideal for a commis or trainee chef ready to take the next step in their culinary career. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs, supporting the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes across a variety of sections. You’ll take responsibility for assisting with your own section, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards of quality and hygiene. What You’ll Be Doing
