We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Development professional to support Miko’s international growth initiatives across key markets such as Europe, the Middle East, the UK, and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer tech, toys, or new-age tech-driven consumer brands, with a strong understanding of international sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international territories.
- Build and manage partnerships with distributors, retail chains, and e-commerce platforms.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for international expansion.
- Conduct research and analysis on global market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business strategies.
- Track key performance metrics, prepare business reports, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Represent Miko at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events (as required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or international sales within consumer tech, toys, or modern consumer brand industries.
- Exposure to international markets — especially Europe, the Middle East, the UK, or Southeast Asia — is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of global retail, distribution, and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation-driven products.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
