Business Manager – Bristol

Basic Salary Β£25k OTE Β£55 plus car.

Our client is a highly successful franchise car dealership and is part of a multi-national group, the 44th largest worldwide. The company's ethos is built around three core principles of great customer service, trust, and transparency, developed over the last 25 years.

This busy franchise dealership is looking for a highly motivated, driven individual to join one of its sites in Bristol as Business Manager / Finance Manager, handling an average sales volume of 90 cars per month.

You will need to possess a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in car sales or a financial services related environment, be tenacious, enthusiastic, and take personal responsibility for team achievement. You will approach your work with passion to deliver high standards of customer service, with an outgoing personality forging good relationships with both the team and customers. A flexible work ethic capable of organising and prioritising your workload with good attention to detail is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of finance and insurance related products.
  • Introduce all customers to a range of finance and insurance products.
  • Ensure the smooth handling of customer documentation.
  • Take payments.
  • Lead the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager.
  • Determine customer needs and discuss finance and insurance options.
  • Follow up existing and potential customers to generate sales leads.
  • Close sales.
  • Maximise impact of showroom and external vehicle display areas.

Requirements

  • Only applicants with automotive experience will be considered for this position.
