Miki Travel Limited (MTL) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communication and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, engagement (internal and external), and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, content creation, and stakeholder communication. This role will be crucial in establishing Miki as a market leader in the industry and fostering strong relationships with our partners and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management and Thought Leadership:
- Develop, manage, and optimize MTL\’s website, ensuring a professional, user-friendly, and informative online presence.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and columns, to position MTL as a thought leader in the hotel solutions industry.
- Topics may include:
- Latest hotel openings and industry trends.
- Tips for choosing hotels in specific destinations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram page.
- Create and curate compelling content that communicates MTL\’s future strategy, market analysis, communication methods, product development, and ESG initiatives.
- Transform internal communications and MD\’s insights into engaging social media posts.
- Enhance MTL\’s LinkedIn presence and integrate it seamlessly with the company blog.
- Explore and leverage various media channels to effectively communicate MTL\’s activities to the public.
- Serve as a central point of contact for marketing collaboration with other European marketing activities within Miki Group.
- Strengthen communication channels between suppliers, destinations, and the public through effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to highlight the strengths of Miki\’s Europe network.
- Work to ensure MTL directly benefits from all future business generated through marketing activities.
- Strategically integrate MTL products (hotels) into Europe promotional activities to maximize exposure and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or hotel solutions industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including website management (CMS platforms), SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and how marketing can support sales objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
