Experience Cycle Mechanic required to assist our workshop manager in our busy workshop. We are Mike Vaughan Cycles, stockists of Trek and Specialized bicycles, a small family business which has been trading in Kenilworth for over 64 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair, service, PDI, and build bikes.
  • Assist customers in understanding the benefits of cycle maintenance and servicing.
  • Work as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for cycling.
  • Computer literate.
  • General cycle maintenance skills.
  • Level 1 or 2 Cytech qualification or equivalent.
  • Further training to advance skills available for the right candidate.

Employment Details:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, including Saturday (closed on Sunday and Monday).
  • Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Employee discount after a probationary period.
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays.
