We are seeking a Venue Manager/ Venue General Manager / Hotel Venue Manager with similar experience and ideally opening or significant project management. We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for events, weddings, functions, with a proven track record of leading successful highly motivated food and beverage teams. The successful Venue Manager / Hotel General Manager will be organised, an excellent leader, with proven experience in managing budgets and costs. Working to deadlines; especially for an opening, with exceptional people management and leadership qualities. The successful Venue Manager will enjoy being the front person in the business, on the floor, engaging with the guests and displaying a passion for the business.
