Working for a fantastic privately owned hotel group who operate some of the UK's most unique hotels and wedding venues. Based in the Northeast, the hotels reach as far south as Yorkshire. The head office has a strong established team, supporting the group across the portfolio.
This is a unique role that will allow a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. You must be an experienced Hotel Revenue Manager currently, ideally in a Cluster Revenue Manager role or a Group Revenue Manager role.
As Group Revenue Manager, you will take ownership of key pricing and forecasting strategies across a group of wedding and hotel venues. Responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the CEO/DOO
- Collaborating cross-functionally with wedding sales and operations to align pricing with broader business goals
- Developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies that maximise RevPAR, adapting to demand, seasonality, and competitor behaviour
- Leveraging insights from market trends, historical data, and booking patterns to create detailed forecasts and inform rate decisions
