Miista is looking for a passionate and driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Duke of York Square store in London. As a Sales Associate, you will be a true brand ambassador, embodying Miista’s values and delivering an exceptional in-store experience at every customer touchpoint. You will engage confidently with clients, build lasting relationships, and play a key role in driving sales performance while representing the unique spirit of the Miista brand.

The Role

  • Deliver a personalised and engaging customer experience, consistently reflecting Miista’s brand values.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through confident selling and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store clients, offering professional and informed guidance.
  • Support stock management, replenishment, and overall store organisation.
  • Fulfil online orders when required.
  • Ensure the store is visually presentable and aligned with brand standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Support in-store events and activations in collaboration with the marketing and press teams.
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Manager to contribute to store performance and growth.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing retail, preferably within fashion or luxury.
  • A strong passion for fashion, footwear, and contemporary design.
  • Target-driven with a commercial mindset.

  • Fluent in English.
