We are looking for a Retail Pop-Ups Operations Manager to join our international retail team in London. The role is offered on a local, full-time, permanent contract, with regular international travel required. The role will report directly to the Senior Retail Operations Manager. You will work with senior retail leadership, the buying manager, and other key functions to ensure best-in-class, consistent processes and practices are in place to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve our commercial goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency in best-in-class operational practices and policies across our retail pop-ups, in line with Global and Regional Guidelines.
  • Provide coaching and training to local pop-up store teams to support their development and ensure a high level of competence in retail operations, policies, and best practices.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the Pop-Up Store Teams to promote continuous process improvement and spot opportunities for process optimisation across all store operations (front and back of house).
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales.
