Miista is looking for a passionate and driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Duke of York Square store in London. As a Sales Associate, you will be a true brand ambassador, embodying Miista’s values and delivering an exceptional in-store experience at every customer touchpoint. You will engage confidently with clients, build lasting relationships, and play a key role in driving sales performance while representing the unique spirit of the Miista brand.
The Role
- Deliver a personalised and engaging customer experience, consistently reflecting Miista’s brand values.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through confident selling and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store clients, offering professional and informed guidance.
- Support stock management, replenishment, and overall store organisation.
- Fulfil online orders when required.
- Ensure the store is visually presentable and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Support in-store events and activations in collaboration with the marketing and press teams.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager to contribute to store performance and growth.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in customer-facing retail, preferably within fashion or luxury.
