Marketing Manager - Luxury Lifestyle Hotel in London

London Full-Time On-site
Miiro

Introducing Miiro… Inspired by the Latin word meaning ‘I wonder’ or ‘I marvel’, we encourage our guests to pause, to look around and to savour every moment. Our name and double vowel reminds us of a mirror, speaking to the idea of self-reflection and echoing the spirit of our locations.

At Miiro, we believe there’s a better way to travel. A way that is more thoughtful and personal. And since our hotels are in Europe’s most interesting neighbourhoods, we also encourage guests to discover new places — on their own terms and in an authentic way. Ultimately, we want to make sure guests go home inspired and reinvigorated because they’ve had a brilliantly considered stay.

Creating ‘Brilliantly Considered Stays’ is the essence of our brand. Stays that bring our guests closer to the local culture and their stories.

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised Hotel Marketing Manager to lead local marketing activity across our hotel, restaurants and bars. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, partnerships, content and guest communications while working closely with hotel leadership and the wider marketing team.

Role Purpose

The Hotel Marketing Manager is responsible for independently developing and delivering the hotel’s annual marketing plan, working closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership team.

The role will translate local commercial priorities into effective rooms, food and beverage, events, partnership and communications activity, taking ownership from initial brief through to execution and performance review.

With exceptional attention to detail, the Hotel Marketing Manager will ensure the hotel, restaurants and bars are presented accurately and compellingly across every relevant guest touchpoint.

Cluster Marketing will set the overall Miiro brand and digital strategy and provide frameworks, shared resources and specialist guidance. The Hotel Marketing Manager will apply these locally while retaining responsibility for the hotel’s marketing priorities, budgets, briefs and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel Marketing Strategy & Planning- Develop and deliver the hotel’s annual marketing plan, translating commercial priorities and local market insights into targeted campaigns, budgets and a clear marketing calendar.

Hotel Presentation, Content & Guest Touchpoints - Take ownership of how the hotel, restaurants and bars are presented across all guest-facing channels, ensuring content, imagery, offers, booking information and on-property materials are accurate, consistent and compelling.

Rooms, F&B, Partnerships & Local Campaigns - Create and coordinate engaging campaigns, promotions, partnerships and local events that showcase our rooms, dining outlets and hotel experiences while supporting commercial priorities.

Digital Marketing & Agency Coordination - Work with the cluster Digital Marketing team and appointed agencies to brief, coordinate and monitor hotel campaigns, using performance insights to identify opportunities and improve results.

PR, Social Media & Creative Production - Lead the hotel’s day-to-day relationships with PR and social media agencies, coordinating content plans, press and influencer visits, photography, video and creative assets.

Budget, Performance & Stakeholder Management - Manage the hotel marketing budget and campaign performance, providing clear updates to key stakeholders and taking ownership of activity from the initial brief through to delivery and review.

Experience & Skills

  • Relevant hotel marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, travel or lifestyle brands.
  • Previous digital marketing experience is preferred, including experience briefing agencies, coordinating campaigns and interpreting performance results.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership from brief through to delivery.

  • Experience developing and implementing hotel, food and beverage or local marketing plans.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns, content, events, partnerships and promotions.
  • A practical understanding of websites, CRM, paid media, social media, SEO and digital measurement
  • Experience using Canva and relevant creative tools; Adobe Creative Suite experience is beneficial.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue, demand, footfall, covers or other business needs.
  • Strong project, budget, supplier and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the confidence to identify what needs to be done without waiting for detailed instruction.
  • Confident working with General Managers, hotel teams, agencies and cluster specialists.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the relevant local language.
