Responsibilities:

  • Performs management duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, making crucial decisions.
  • Be fully accountable for the smooth and efficient operation of the Hotel during the night.
  • Lead the Front Office team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
  • Ensures guests' needs are met beyond expectation, and takes full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire.
  • Delivery departmental performance and standards.

Qualifications:

  • A strong team leader, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels and have good commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to tight timescales when necessary.
  • Be flexible in their approach and have a positive attitude.
