Responsibilities:
- Performs management duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, making crucial decisions.
- Be fully accountable for the smooth and efficient operation of the Hotel during the night.
- Lead the Front Office team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
- Ensures guests' needs are met beyond expectation, and takes full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire.
- Delivery departmental performance and standards.
