This exciting role will play a pivotal part in the execution of a new lifestyle brand, delivering ‘brilliantly considered stays’ in London. Under the supervision of the global marketing team and working with the hotel GM, you will be the main marketing representative on the ground for London and will play a crucial role in bringing the Miiro vision to life.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategising, executing and implementing the marketing plan for Templeton Garden, working closely with the global marketing team to execute seasonal rooms campaigns and food and beverage initiatives across a variety of channels.

Job Description
  • Deliver the marketing plan, executing various programming initiatives, room packages and food and beverage activations.
  • Create promotional materials for the hotel, restaurant and bar using systems including Adobe Creative Suite tools and Canva.
  • Manage copy and imagery for the multi-language hotel website and local language restaurant site.
  • Manage and be the point person on the ground for the local PR agency – assisting with press visits to the hotel, restaurant and bar.
  • Proactive outreach to local partners/companies to drive footfall to our food and beverage outlets and to generate engaging programming in our spaces.
  • Proactively suggest new promotions and partnerships for F&B outlets and the hotel. Execute the promotional calendar and analyse and report on campaign performance.
  • Responsible for creating and sending out hotel and F&B newsletters, as well as reporting on tracking.
  • Liaise with the digital marketing manager at cluster level on the digital ads required to ensure commercial success across rooms and F&B.
  • Coordinate hotel partnerships with unique brands that fit with our values to create a real community, and which give guests an authentic experience, true to the neighbourhood.
  • Organise and execute monthly curated events at the hotel – whether it be literary talks, art exhibitions, bar takeovers etc., providing opportunities for data capture and database building.
  • Manage content creation and posting for our channels and platforms, with support from the Cluster Content Lead. Assist in increasing engagement, followers and brand awareness.
  • Help coordinate photoshoots, liaising with photographers or capturing the content yourself, ensuring effective communication internally to support overall marketing initiatives.
  • Support the sales team with any sales collateral requests.
  • Work closely with the individual hotel teams – sales, revenue management and operations so that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyse marketing campaigns/promotions and their success.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • At least 2 years in a similar position, ideally within the hotel or food and beverage industry.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite tools and Canva.
  • Content editing knowledge for ads and socials.
  • Creative with a can-do attitude.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates self-confidence, energy and passion.
