Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Portfolio - 11 Hotels across Europa)

We are an owner-operated international hospitality group, with European operations based in London.

The portfolio includes 11 hotels across key European cities, spanning the Miiro lifestyle brand, the established K+K Hotels collection, and a landmark historic hotel in Hamburg.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Digital Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving direct revenue growth and elevating our digital marketing performance.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and implementing Miiro's digital marketing strategy across the portfolio.

You will lead digital performance across paid media, SEO, website optimisation, CRM and email marketing, ensuring all activity is aligned to commercial objectives and delivers measurable results.

Working closely with Executive Leadership, Commercial, Brand Marketing and hotel teams, you will provide expert guidance on digital investment, performance measurement and growth opportunities while managing a network of specialist agency partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Strategy & Brand. com Growth
  • Support the development of Miiro's annual digital marketing strategy and lead its execution across the portfolio.
  • Translate commercial priorities into clear digital objectives, channel strategies and investment plans.
  • Forecast Brand. com performance and identify opportunities to drive direct revenue growth.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, forecasting and investment allocation.
  • Monitor key commercial and digital performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Drive Performance Marketing Excellence
  • Define and lead the paid media strategy across Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Social, Display and Metasearch.
  • Oversee agency planning, execution and optimisation while holding partners accountable for results.
  • Evaluate customer acquisition costs, return on advertising spend (ROAS), incrementality and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify portfolio-wide opportunities to improve performance and share best practice across hotels.
  • Champion Measurement & Analytics
  • Establish portfolio-wide measurement frameworks, KPIs and reporting standards.
  • Ensure robust tracking and governance across websites, booking journeys and marketing platforms.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable business intelligence for senior stakeholders.
  • Strengthen Organic Visibility
  • Lead Miiro's SEO, AEO and GEO strategies to maximise digital visibility and direct bookings.
  • Work closely with SEO specialists, web development partners and content teams.
  • Ensure search optimisation is embedded into website developments, new hotel launches and content initiatives.
  • Optimise Website Performance & Conversion
  • Own the website conversion optimisation roadmap across the portfolio.
  • Identify and prioritise improvements that enhance user experience and booking conversion.
  • Collaborate with commercial, brand and digital partners to balance storytelling, guest experience and revenue performance.
  • Develop CRM & Customer Engagement
  • Define the CRM and email marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle.
  • Oversee audience segmentation, automation programmes and performance reporting.
  • Create frameworks that enable hotels to execute effective local CRM campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Lead Agency Partnerships & Stakeholder Enablement
  • Manage specialist agencies across paid media, SEO, analytics, CRM and web development.
  • Define success measures and ensure partners deliver against agreed objectives.
  • Equip hotel marketing teams with practical tools, frameworks and guidance to improve digital performance.
  • Build digital marketing understanding across the business and influence stakeholders at all levels.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially minded digital marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong analytical capability and hands‑on channel expertise.

You will ideally have

  • Significant digital marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, travel, lifestyle or consumer brands.
  • Proven success developing and implementing digital growth strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, website optimisation, CRM and digital analytics.
  • Experience managing agencies and driving performance through clear objectives and accountability.
  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
  • Experience in attribution modelling, conversion measurement and marketing effectiveness analysis.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
