We are looking for professional, friendly, and service-driven Receptionists to be the first point of contact for our guests. Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest enquiries, providing accurate information about the hotel, local area, and services.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain guest records using the hotel's booking system.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns efficiently, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner, assisting with bookings and general inquiries.
- Maintain a well-presented reception area and uphold the hotel's brand and service standards.
